King+Greg Productions, LLC (KGP) is a Limited Liability Corporation established by Greg Egnatowski, Jason King and Brain Elder. In addition to the three primary partners of KGP, we benefit from the support of a professional team of consultants and executives including engineers, attorneys, accountants, graphic designers, writers, communication specialists and multiple consultants beyond the scope of this summary. Like thousands of others, we were extremely excited about the launch of the iPhone in June 2007. This new opportunity to develop Applications on the mobile medium was something we had been talking about for years. Our articles of incorporation were completed and filed with the State of Michigan on May 1, 2009. We officially became a company in 2009 but we began working with our co-workers, friends, coders, participating in forums and attending meetings geared towards this new opportunity back in 2007. After researching the new platform we set out to develop an Application. We originally wanted to offer exciting games and social networking Applications to iPhone users but decided our first concern should be offering something iPhone users needed. We decided our fist application would benefit non-profit organizations. We then set out and created CharityFinder. You can find more information on ChairtyFinder at www.charityfinder.me KGP is focused on developing easy to use social networking, entertainment and gaming Applications as well as Applications for the benefit of non-profit, academic and political organizations for the iPhone and other mobile platforms. KGP is currently developing multiple Applications for a variety of clients in many different industries. CharityFinder v1.0 is the first Application developed and distributed by KGP exclusively to help non-profits easily benefit from the emerging mobile medium. CharityFinder v1.0 has been in development since 2008 and we are currently in the final stages of uploading v2.0. CharityFinder v2.0 is the first mobile iPhone/iPod touch application that allows on-the-go donations, up-to-date event info and contact options for non-profit organizations. KGP is also in the initial phases of development for multiple additional applications for the iPhone and iPod touch.
